Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage material flow, ensure safety, and support distribution services in Salt Lake City, UT. You will handle stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, perform daily cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.

Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs are required in a climate-controlled warehouse. Qualifications include a high school diploma and ability to read English.

Role Overview:

Under supervision, manage the flow of materials in warehouses, ensuring safety and compliance with standards and regulations. Responsibilities include order fulfillment (stocking, picking, packing, shipping), daily cycle counting, researching discrepancies, using equipment to track products, maintaining cleanliness, and verifying received products against documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in climate-controlled environments, read and understand English, perform manual tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, walking long distances, and standing for extended periods. Warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanning are advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $19/hour, with potential up to $24.20/hour through incentives and bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, family support, training, and development opportunities.
