Job summary

Staffmark Group in Saint Petersburg, FL is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Earn $18 per hour with multiple shifts and weekly pay; overtime/weekends possible.

You’ll move and stage materials, inspect orders, operate pallet jack or forklift, keep areas safe and organized, and contribute to accurate, on-time shipments. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, and Staffmark offers benefits and advancement opportunities.

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Saint Petersburg where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Essential Duties

• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality
• Operate a pallet jack and/or forklift as needed
• Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Perform other warehouse and general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work overtime/weekends as required

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
