Salary Range: $20-25 Hourly

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate at Rainbow Companies- this postion will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly—handling everything from receiving and staging materials to assisting with equipment maintenance and outgoing shipments. Rainbow Companies supports a range of services focused on enhancing the Twin Cities' urban ecosystem. This is a Full-Time, weekday postion with operating hours of 9a-6p.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and document ins/outs of all products and materials to service crews
• Interpret daily work orders to stage materials for work crews
• Handles the disposal of all empty pesticide containers for recycling
• Recieve finished goods and raw materials for all departments
• Assist with the scheduling and arranging of shipments.
• Assist with building in-house equipment and finished goods
• Assist with resolving equipment issues
• Assist with the maintenance of all customer and in house equipment both preventative and repairing.
  
  

What You Need

• High school diploma or a GED
• Valid driver’s license and a commitment to safe driving
• Experience with Warehouse/Inventory managment
• Experience with Fork lifts, Pallet Jacks and hand tools for assembly
• Ability to effectively use technology to support daily tasks

Physical Demands And Work Environment

May be required to bend, reach, stoop, and lift objects; may be exposed to conditions including chemicals, the use of tools, and equipment. Safety precautions must be followed at all times, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other safety equipment. Must be able to lift 80 pounds at any given time.
