POOLCORP is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Rockwall, TX. The role involves receiving and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment, loading deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory.

You will operate a forklift, log shipments, and coordinate with drivers, sales staff, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior warehousing experience is preferred. Training and advancement opportunities are offered within a large, family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs into inventory; conducts audits.
• Communicates with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification; conducts vehicle safety checks.
• Keeps the facility clean, neat, safe and efficient.
• Other duties as assigned.
