Job summary

POOLCORP, the world's leading distributor of outdoor living products, is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Flower Mound facility. You will accurately receive, pull, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup, and assist in loading trucks as needed.

You will log shipments, maintain inventory, and communicate with supervisors to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Forklift operation and safety checks are essential daily duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Warehouse/distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs into inventory; conducts audits.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and reports discrepancies.
• Communicates with supervisors and staff to coordinate deliveries/pickups.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification; conducts safety checks.
