Job summary

Ferguson Integrated Supply in Rochester, MI is hiring a Warehouse Associate to monitor, stock, and transport supplies for our customers. You'll maintain storeroom inventory, ensure timely delivery, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior experience in manufacturing or inventory operations, ability to lift 25+ pounds, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Two shifts are available: 7am-3:30pm and 11am-7:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid state issued license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines.
• Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety regulations using PPE; safety harness may be required with weight capacity up to 400 lbs.
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Position

Ferguson Integrated Supply is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate at our customer site located in Rochester, MI.

Schedule

We are looking for 2 shifts: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm & 11am-7:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines
• Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service which requires a professional presence to effectively interact with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred
• Previous industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Commitment to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
• Ability to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state issued license is required

Pay Range

$17.41 - $26.11

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
