Ferguson Integrated Supply in New Albany, OH, is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to support inventory and on-site operations. You will monitor stock, coordinate orders, and maintain accurate records while ensuring safety and adherence to PPE rules in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Ferguson Integrated Supply is currently seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate at our customer site located in New Albany, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines.
• Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service which requires a professional presence to effectively interact with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred.
• Prior industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Commitment to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Ability to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly.

Pay Range: $19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
