Carrier Enterprise, a premier HVAC distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, VA. The role includes managing daily warehouse tasks, inventory control, and collaboration with store associates and contractors to ensure timely HVAC product distribution.

The position offers a competitive pay range starting at $20+ per hour, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current Forklift certification is preferred.
