Carrier Enterprise in Richmond, VA seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations, including picking/verifying orders, loading/unloading products, and inventory control via advanced warehouse tech. Eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

The role requires 2-3 years of warehouse experience, HVAC distribution familiarity, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and service excellence. Full-time position in Richmond, VA with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.
