Job summary

Industrial Networking Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to execute daily warehouse operations in Richardson, TX. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, and maintain stock accuracy within a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems. You will perform cycle counts, operate pallet jacks, and follow OSHA safety guidelines on site.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and email communication.
  • Preferred: experience with WMS/ERP systems and international shipping processes.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including domestic and international shipments.
  • Receive and inspect inbound inventory; verify quantities and report discrepancies.
  • Put away inventory and perform transfers between locations.
  • Conduct routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse; restock and sweep as needed.
  • Operate pallet jacks and pallet stackers and assist with loading/unloading.
  • Use basic computer applications for shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.
  • Communicate clearly with warehouse colleagues and other departments.
  • Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Warehouse AssociateJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. This role supports the flow of goods through the warehouse and ensures that shipments are accurate, timely, and handled safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including domestic, international, and palletized shipmentsReceive and inspect inbound inventory; verify quantities and report discrepanciesPut away inventory and perform transfers between locationsConduct routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracyStrive for 100% error-free execution in all shipping and receiving functionsMaintain a clean and orderly warehouse by organizing supplies, restocking, sweeping, and trash removalOperate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet stackersUse basic computer applications for shipping, receiving, and inventory functionsCommunicate clearly and promptly with warehouse colleagues and other departmentsFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environmentRequired Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalentExperience:Warehouse experience preferred but not requiredProficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and email communicationPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience using warehouse software systems (WMS, ERP)Knowledge of international shipping processesPhysical & Environmental Requirements:Frequent standing, lifting, reaching, and bending throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 80 pounds when requiredWarehouse environment with exposure to standard equipment such as pallet jacks and stackersCompliance with all safety and cleanliness protocolsAdditional Requirements:Fluent in English (written and spoken)Must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningLocation:INS HQ – Richardson, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area)EEO Statement:Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
