DH Pace Company, Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, NC. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, stocking inventory, and operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to lift 75 pounds, and possess a valid driver's license. Forklift experience is a plus, with opportunities for full-time or part-time employment.

currently has a great career opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment while loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts. We would be looking for either part-time or full‑time employment.

What You’ll Do

• Receiving and off‑loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up
• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…)
• Light fabricating
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds above your head and climb ladders with loads
• One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Must be willing to obtain a Class E license to drive company box trucks
• Forklift experience is a plus
