Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan in Quakertown is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our store operations. You will help prepare merchandise for delivery, load and unload trailers, and ensure safe handling of furniture throughout the fulfillment process.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment certification, and teamwork. Candidates should be able to lift heavy items, operate order pickers or pallet jacks if needed, and contribute to a neat, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment (order pickers, electric pallet jacks).
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs or more.
• Experience operating order pickers, electric pallet jacks, or inventory scan guns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and move furniture as part of the customer lifecycle.
• Bin sofas and prep dining tables for assembly.
• Support store operations from entry through delivery, helping customers turn their house into a home.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.

What we need from you:

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.
