Firstbase, an AppDirect subsidiary, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Provo, UT to support inbound/outbound shipments and keep accurate inventory records.

You will receive, sort, and process devices, perform QA checks, and use WMS and scanners to fulfill orders while maintaining safety and efficiency on extended shifts. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and good teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and basic computer literacy.
• 1–2 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts; attentive and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Receive and sort inbound shipments, routing items into inventory or return workflows.
• Handle new and used electronic devices according to protocols.
• Perform quality assurance checks and pre-grading on returned equipment.
• Process fulfillment orders and return orders with WMS and scanners.
• Maintain accurate digital records of inventory movements.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA and imaging teams to prepare devices for shipment or ITAD disposition.

About You

You are comfortable working in a structured, hands-on warehouse environment where accuracy and consistency directly affect customer outcomes. You can receive, sort, and process inbound and outbound shipments with care, and you know how to follow established protocols for handling electronic devices—both new and returned. You are familiar with digital inventory tools and can learn warehouse management systems quickly. You communicate clearly with teammates to flag issues, route items correctly, and keep operations moving. Physical stamina matters here: you are able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods. You bring a track record of reliability in warehouse, logistics, or high-volume manufacturing environments, and you take quality seriously at every step.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• Receive and sort inbound shipments, routing items accurately into inventory or return workflows.
• Handle new and used electronic devices according to established protocols, ensuring safe storage and retrieval.
• Perform quality assurance checks and pre-grading on returned equipment to determine redeployment eligibility.
• Process fulfillment orders and return orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
• Maintain accurate digital records of all inventory movements and equipment status.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to uphold stock accuracy and support operational reporting.
• Collaborate with QA and imaging teams to prepare devices for shipment or ITAD disposition.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED, plus basic computer literacy sufficient to operate WMS and scanning software.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs regularly and
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended shifts.
• Comfort working with electronic devices and following detailed handling and documentation procedures.
• Attention to detail—in this role, accurate routing and documentation directly affect customer experience and inventory integrity.
• Familiarity with WMS platforms, container locations, or scanning tools is an asset but not required.
• Proficient in warehouse software applications and computer systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and schedule flexibility required.
