Job summary

QXO is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, and moving materials outdoors. You will verify orders, maintain inventory records, and help keep a safe, clean work environment while adhering to PPE and safety protocols.

Candidates should have forklift experience or warehouse background, strong communication, and reliable transportation. Spanish language skills are a plus and starting shifts are early morning.

• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE; keep work area clean and painted as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard
• Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets)
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
• Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting

What You’ll Bring

• Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment; warehouse experience preferred

• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
