Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Operate forklifts, package and label customer orders, and utilize computer systems to process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishments.
- Inspect incoming products and verify against shipping manifests for accuracy.
- Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control or management for resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with QA organizations to disposition incoming products.
Basic Qualifications | Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform basic math, read, understand, and make decisions based on written operating procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read product labels and picking sheets.
- Forklift certification, or ability to obtain certification (company provided).
- Ability to communicate discrepancies to warehouse supervisor.
- Must be able to operate rolling pushcarts, electric forklifts, and manual pallet jacks.
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
- Frequently exposed to moving equipment such as forklifts and rolling carts.
- Exposed to temperature controls within the warehouse.
- Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions when loading doors are open.
- May work extended hours as required.
