Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate. This full-time role supports our distribution operations with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., starting at $21.00 per hour with a strong benefits package. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare orders, use RF devices to sort and scan, receive and stock incoming material, and keep the workspace clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of PPE.
