Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our Lithia Springs, GA location. You will operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare orders, verify stock, and transport pallets, while using RF devices to scan and process items.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety PPE and procedures. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with possible overtime; prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material; ensure accuracy.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident-free; adhere to safety regulations.
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
