Job summary

MSI in Pooler, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders. You will read order details, verify items and quantities, and use an iPad to scan and validate orders. The job is physically demanding, with up to 50–70 pounds to lift, 80% manual labor and up to 20% forklift use.

Shifts are Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, plus two Saturdays per month. Compensation ranges from $18.75 to $21.75 per hour, with overtime at 1.5x and annual earnings typically between $54,400

Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, your main responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders. This includes reading order details, verifying items and quantities, and using an iPad for scanning and validation. You will stack items onto pallets and secure them for transport with straps and stretch wrap. You will handle products that weigh approximately 50 pounds. The role involves approximately 80% manual labor and up to 20% forklift use as needed.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $18.75 to $21.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $54,400 and $70,700 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

• Read order details and verify correct items and quantities for customer orders.
• Utilize an iPad for scanning and validating order details.
• Stack items on pallets and secure them for transport using straps and stretch wrap.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift products for a full 10-hour shift, potentially extending to 12 hours during peak periods.
• Occasionally use forklifts, but primarily perform manual packing of tile and flooring products

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• One (1) year of Warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to use a tablet.
