Job Overview

The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for picking and loading products for outgoing delivery. This role involves selecting products from the warehouse, loading and securing goods onto pallets, and moving inventory to designated loading areas. Compliance with all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures is mandatory.

Shift Details

Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Read customer delivery pick orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Operate forklifts (reach truck, order picker, turret truck, pallet jack, sit-down) to pick, pack, and transport items.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences.
• Use RF scanners to record data and mark materials with identifying information.
• Stage materials in designated areas as per pick order tickets.
• Gather, pack, and stage materials to meet customer order demands.
• Perform cycle counts and load/unload vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 years related experience/training, or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Basic math and reading skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate material handling equipment.
• English language skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights of 25+ feet with safety harness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Indoor warehouse environment with outdoor access at times. Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, and handling products in variable temperatures. Must be able to handle weights up to 50 lbs and work long hours.
