Job summary

Harrington Process Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive materials, verify against PO and packing slips, and prepare items for shipping.

You will pull, pack, and ship orders, maintain inventory in designated locations, and operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, have a high school diploma, and commit to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify against purchase orders and packing slips.

• Record inventory updates in the WMS.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Pull, pack, and ship customer orders while providing excellent service and sales support.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Label, scan, and update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and promptly report hazards or equipment issues.

• Must frequently lift and move 20 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds
