Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate picks, packs, and ships supplies and materials to internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials.

Responsibilities

• Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using appropriate tools/vehicles such as hand dollies, forklifts, electric dollies, pallet jacks, and elevators.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to inventory procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship materials and products.
• Process all packages for shipping and handle returned merchandise.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and replenish stock from backup locations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow all safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of warehouse or related industry experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift to 50 lbs., carry, reach, push, and pull, and endure outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to pass background, MVR checks, and drug testing.
