Job summary

Luxury Bath Technologies of Arizona – Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated, dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Phoenix. You will help with shipping and receiving, organize inventory, and stage jobs for installers in a safe, orderly environment.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour and benefits after probation, including PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Clean driver history and eligibility to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all shipping and receiving activities.
• Organize, handle, and verify incoming materials and inventory.
• Properly store products and materials until they are needed.
• Stage jobs accurately for installers to ensure successful project completion.
• Support daily warehouse operations and maintain an organized workspace.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with assigned tasks and projects.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow company procedures.
• Occasionally deliver materials to job sites as needed.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of home shows and special events when required.

Compensation & Benefits
