Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate who is driven and passionate about providing superior customer service and operational efficiencies. This role involves:

• Picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders
• Receiving purchase orders into warehouse management software
• Assisting with inventory control
• Operating forklift and reach truck

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Forklift and reach truck experience required
• Experience with FedEx, Starship, UPS Worldwide, and LTL shipping is a plus
• Computer literacy with Mas 90, MS Office, Excel, Word
• Ability to assist in physical inventory counting and maintaining accuracy
• Ability to unload 40ft containers
• Strong communication skills
• Process RMA’s back to stock

Physical Requirements

This position involves working in a warehouse with exposure to elevated temperatures, dirt, dust, and noise. The role requires walking, standing, lifting (35-45 lbs. frequently, up to 60 lbs. occasionally), and operating equipment like dollies, carts, and forklifts.
