Job summary

RightStone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix to pick, pack, and pull orders in a fast-paced environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity trains candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn.

Work hours are 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. You must supply your own steel-toe footwear; safety vests are provided and dress is casual. The contract lasts 3 months with potential temp-to-hire thereafter.

• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic (no experience required).
• Must supply own steel-toe footwear (safety vests provided).
• Ability to pass an interview prior to placement.
• Dress code: Casual (shorts and blue jeans allowed).

About the Role:

We are seeking an eager and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity where you will be picking, packing, and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. We are happy to train candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn!

Schedule:

6:00:AM - 2:30:PM – Monday to Friday (weekends off)

Duration:

3 months contract to start (potential Temp to Hire)

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, pack, and pull warehouse orders accurately.
• Use manual pallet jacks and pushcarts to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Manually lift items up to 50 lbs unassisted as needed.

Employment Terms:

This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.
