Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Perth Amboy, NJ on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5am finish). The role involves loading, unloading, picking, palletizing and other duties as assigned by site leadership. You must be prepared for a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and able to lift 25–75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods.
• Selecting/picking items for shipment.
• Freight hauling and auditing responsibilities.
• Repacking, sorting, palletizing and housekeeping tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by site leadership.

1st Shift:

M-F 5am-Finish

Pay is between $700 to $900/weekly

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
