Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Perris, CA, to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. Expect to perform loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and other warehouse tasks from dawn to finish.

You'll be paid weekly ($600-$800) with benefits after 60 days and opportunities for career growth. Travel with the team to other sites and receive paid training as you contribute to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and related duties as assigned.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
