Becker’s has been in business for 97 years and is still growing! We are known for our dedicated customer service and educational, fun products. We are currently hiring one full-time, year-round warehouse associate in Pennsauken, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

1. Operating standing forklifts, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
2. Unloading and staging inbound shipments with electric pallet jacks.
3. Checking for damages, overages, and shortages; signing bills of lading.
4. Breaking down pallets, sorting, and receiving items with RF scanners.
5. Reading PIDs and managing inventory placement.
6. Handling customer returns and paperwork.
7. Ensuring correct receipt of items and reporting barcode issues.
8. Meeting performance metrics.

Minimum qualifications:

• Warehouse experience, including operating a reach truck.
• Some computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand/walk on concrete, and climb stairs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
