Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1st Shift in Ontario, CA. The role supports the Operations Department with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00AM–3:30PM. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, operate forklifts, assist inventory, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in warehousing, ability to lift 10–50 lbs, and familiarity with inventory systems; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehousing and forklift operation preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 10-50 lbs.
• Experience with inventory management systems and material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure timely shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and staging materials for shipment.
