Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting logistics and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Olathe, KS

Pay Range: $16 - $18 per hour

Shift:Monday-Friday 6:30a-3p orTuesday-Saturday : 6:30a-3p

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved and shipped.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
• Complete work in a safe manner by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries, verifying that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.

What's Needed?

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in dock or warehouse environments is a plus.
• The ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds.
