Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Odessa, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform loading, unloading, selection, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, and related duties. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with 1st Shift 6:00am – Finish or 2nd Shift 3:00pm – Finish, and pay is weekly.

The ideal candidate is high-energy with a strong work ethic, able to lift 25–75 lbs, and willing to train.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, assist in selection.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize, and clean.
• Support housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Schedule

$500 - $1000 per week, paid weekly

1st Shift 6:00am – Finish or 2nd Shift 3:00pm – Finish

Monday – Friday. Schedule set at time of hire.
