Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a range of duties including loading, unloading, order selection, and palletizing at our Wisconsin site. This role involves physically demanding tasks and requires the ability to lift 25–75 lbs.

Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but training is provided. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as part of daily warehouse tasks.
• Select and palletize orders according to site instructions.
• Audit, repack and sort materials to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment per leadership directions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
