Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flow of products as they enter and leave the facility and dive into inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 430 W Rawson Ave, Oak Creek, WI 53154. The role may offer flexible scheduling after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain branch inventory
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older due to job nature
• Possess a valid driver's license issued in the country of employment and meet driving record requirements
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening and background check as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory
