Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Northfield, MN. The role includes loading/unloading, selecting orders, hauling freight, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and maintaining a clean work area. Position is fast-paced and physically demanding, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select items, and haul freight as directed by site leadership.
• Audit, repack, and palletize items; maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with sorting, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
