Job summary

Access TCA is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Massachusetts to support tradeshow production and logistics. You will inspect crates, ship crates, and move materials using a forklift, ensuring accuracy and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in tradeshow production or exhibits is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office) are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming/outgoing crates, cases, pallets, and flooring for accuracy and condition.
• Operate forklift to move crates and materials in the warehouse.
• Set up and break down exhibit materials and displays as needed.
• Prepare crate contents for shipment and create outbound paperwork and inspection reports.
• Inspect shipments for missing/damaged items and route to storage accordingly.
• Perform minor repairs and cleaning of exhibit properties and crates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Monitor emails and coordinate with project teams for updates.
• Duties may include additional tasks as assigned.

The Warehouse Associate role is responsible for inspecting all incoming and outgoing tradeshow exhibit crates/cases/pallets and flooring to ensure contents are correct and in working order, and performing inspections, computerized inventory control, and other material handling duties as required.What you’ll do:Attend project launch meetings as needed to keep up to date with needs of the project and operational requirementsCommunicate with Project Managers, Client Services, and Production departments to determine project requirements and keep track of changes and updatesOperate the forklift to transport crates and exhibit materials in the warehouseSet up and break down exhibits for repairs and shipmentsPrepare exhibit crate contents prior to shipment to ensure correct and fully functioning componentsCreate accurate paperwork for outbound shipments and inspection/damage reportsInspect incoming shipments to determine if components are missing, damaged and are returned to appropriate storage locationsPerform minor repairs and clean exhibit properties and crates as needed based on inspectionsEnsure compliance with standard work procedures and quality standardsEnsure a clean and safe working environment at all timesMonitor and respond to emails in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedWhat we’d love to see:High school diploma or equivalent certification requiredPrior experience in tradeshow production and/or tradeshow exhibits industry preferredPrevious experience operating a forklift is preferredBasic computer skills (Email, MS Office)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required for success in this roleAbility to work on ladders and liftsVery high attention to detail is absolutely requiredStrong communication skills are requiredMechanical aptitudeMust be able to work both independently and as a member of an extended teamStrong working knowledge of safety requirements and safe working practicesNo agency calls or emails, please!
