Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Smithfield, RI. This fast-paced, physically demanding role offers weekly pay and opportunities for career growth within a high-performance culture. Training is available for the right candidate and benefits begin after 60 days of employment.

You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace while supporting site leadership.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse role.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; ability to handle varying weights.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, select, freight haul, audit, repack, sort, palletize, and clean work areas as assigned.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
