Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fulfill and ship customer orders in a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate material handling equipment, sort items, load trailers, assemble orders, and ensure proper packing and QA checks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and up to 6 months warehouse experience; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 3 to 6 months warehouse experience.
• Previous shipping/distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass and maintain forklift certification.
• Operate power industrial equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and ship customer orders.
• Move materials with forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment.
• Sort materials onto racks or bins by size, type, model, or part number.
• Load product from staging to trailers for shipment.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and stage them for packing or shipping.
• Pack and prepare outbound orders and perform QA checks on equipment.

Job description

TheWarehouse Associate is responsible for the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.

• Forklift, pallet jack, and/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, equipment type, model, or part number
• Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders, and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to center purchase orders
• Performs proper packing and prep of all outbound orders
  • Performs QA check for equipment readiness and accuracy

Qualifications.

• Follow safety regulations while operating equipment

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Preferred 3 to 6 months experience in a warehouse environment
  • Training provided as necessary
• Previous shipping/distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to successfully pass and maintain forklift certification
• operate power industrial equipment as needed

Physical Demands:

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. T his employee will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and can be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, including climates consistent with outside weather conditions.
