Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our Whiteland, IN site. You will assist with picking, packing, stocking, shipping and receiving, and inventory control, contributing to smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a consistent Sunday–Wednesday schedule with pay starting at $19.59/hour and weekly pay, plus benefits from Day 1. This is an onsite position supporting a team focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to read shipping labels and verify part numbers.
• Comfort operating warehouse equipment like forklifts or order pickers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Unload incoming shipments.
• Verify part numbers and shipping docs.
• Enter shipment and inventory data into ERP.
• Sort shipments and deliver to locations.
• Pick, sort, and pack parts.
• Prepare shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL).
• Load trailers with pallet jacks or cherry pickers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment.
• Meet daily productivity goals.

Whiteland Warehouse Associate-Sunday-Wednesday

Location: Whiteland, IN (Onsite)
Schedule: Sunday 12:30 pm-9:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday: 10:30 am-9:00 pm
Starting Pay: $19.59/hour | Weekly Pay

Position Overview:

Turn 14 Distribution is looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Whiteland team! In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by assisting with picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting of our automotive and powersports products.

Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming shipments

• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Meet daily productivity goals for assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Understanding of warehouse processes including picking, put-away, cycle counting, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Ability to recognize and verify shipping labels for outbound trailers
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers or forklifts preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain safety standards and follow established procedures
• Ability to demonstrate and support Turn 14 Distribution’s core values

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift and move products as required
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work in a warehouse environment
