Job summary

Wheel Pros is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily fulfillment operations. You will accurately receive, pick, pack, ship, and replenish inventory while ensuring orders are processed safely and on time.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day tasks include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counts, and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Physical requirements: stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull; lift up to 50 lbs.

• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with returns processing, labeling, restocking, and general warehouse support tasks.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.

Job Summary

Starting Hourly Pay Range:

$20 - $21 USD
