Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC/R distributor, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Nashville, TN. You will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking, loading/unloading, and inventory control using warehouse tech. This role offers performance bonuses tied to results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience; HVAC distribution preferred.
• Current forklift experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proficiency with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of products entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with Store Associates and Sales Managers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to mechanical contractors, dealers, and owners.

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will be managing daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
• Fork Lift experience required
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements
