Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations, including picking/receiving, loading/unloading, and inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. Eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives, with a focus on HVAC products.

You will collaborate with internal teams and serve external customers, ensuring timely distribution of HVAC products while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently.

• Scan products for accurate shipping.
• Collaborate with store associates, sales managers, and contractors.
• Provide excellent service to external customers (contractors, dealers, owners).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Train in Wave Planner for orders, pickups, routes, and communication with drivers and customers.

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Will train in Wave Planner, which includes dropping orders, scheduling pick ups and deliveries, route planning, communicating with other warehouse associates, drivers and customers, and monitoring and responding to shipping requests/questions.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current Forklift certification is preferred.
