About The Team

Our team is committed to connecting buyers and sellers worldwide, crafting opportunities through commerce and technology. We coordinate all aspects of eBay’s business in North America, ensuring flawless operations in major US markets.

Schedule: 9 am – 8 pm (4 days per week, off day determined by business need and your leader)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A hands‑on mentality and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows and responsibilities
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Capacity to work on your feet for several hours and lift 50 pounds as needed
• Work overtime during peak times, as needed by the business

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $30,800 – $52,900

Base pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable), plus a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, PTO, parental leave, etc.). Details of participation will be provided if an offer is received.

Employees will be at‑will; the company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation at any time.
