Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our client’s distribution facility in West Valley City, UT. You will support daily warehouse operations by helping with receiving, stocking, shipping, and inventory accuracy, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shift.

This hands-on role emphasizes detail, safety and teamwork. You will perform cycle counts, assist with audits, and participate in forklift training and on-the-job safety programs, with opportunities to grow within an expanding

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, stocking, shipping, or inventory support.
• Cycle counting and inventory control experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred (training may be provided).
• Physical ability to lift and stand for long periods.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks to support timely warehouse flow.
• Receive, stock, and prepare trailer parts for shipping.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory verification to maintain accuracy.
• Support general warehouse duties and material handling as needed.
• Help ensure inventory accuracy through audits and organized storage.

What’s the Job?

What’s Needed?

• Warehouse experience (receiving, stocking, shipping, or inventory support)
• Cycle counting and/or inventory control experience preferred
• RF scanner experience preferred (training may be provided depending on experience)
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift and lift warehouse materials safely
• Must be able to pass a drug test (oral, 4-panel no THC) and background check
