Job Description

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced and innovative construction consumable, heavy equipment rental company seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist our team in Monroe, LA. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable team player to help meet deadlines, provide excellent customer service, and ensure quality work for our internal and external customers and suppliers.

The Warehouse Associate Will Be Responsible For:

• Receiving/stocking inventory
• Loading/unloading delivery trucks
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Signing for deliveries
• Inventory cycle counts
• Equipment and material transfer and palletizing
• Maintaining inventory control
• Organizing and cleaning the warehouse
• Cleaning rental equipment
• Back-up driver/runner
• Ensuring bin location accuracy
• Assisting with dispatching drivers
• Participating in ongoing process and safety training

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office and related technology
• Multitasking ability
• Experience with construction equipment (a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge; Rental Man software experience (a plus)

Additional Information:

• Full-time, 40-50 hours/week, OT as needed
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
