Job summary

Enertech Global LLC in Mitchell, SD seeks a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, and shipping operations. You will use mobile scanners, ERP system, and forklifts to move materials and prepare shipments.

You will print barcodes, verify product orders, check incoming materials for damage, and coordinate international shipments where required. ADA/physical requirements apply, including prolonged standing and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and stock levels using mobile scanners and ERP database.
• Perform receiving and shipping functions following established procedures, including paperwork.
• Move materials to production and finished goods areas; load/unload with forklifts or similar equipment.
• Check product orders and incoming materials for damage; initiate freight claims if needed.
• Prepare and assemble shipments with proper labeling and staging; manage international shipments as required.

Duties & Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate

• Maintain inventory by utilizing mobile scanners & computer ERP database
• Ability to make accurate stock moves/transfers in company ERP database
• Print bar codes using scanners and other equipment as needed
• Performs receiving & shipping functions by following established procedures
• Complete all receiving & shipping paperwork accurately
• Perform material handler duties as needed; retrieve & deliver materials to production line; pull cabinets for production line, remove items from production lines
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment
• Check product orders
• Check incoming materials for freight damage; initiate freight claims process if necessary
• Organize and stock materials in receiving warehouse once bar‑coded
• Remove finished heat pumps from end of production line and put in racks in finished goods warehouse
• Prepare and assemble shipments; packages, labels, and stages materials following established procedures including international shipments and orders
• Perform quotes and schedule shipments for freight carriers
• Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier
