Our company is looking for reliable and goal-driven individuals to join our team! This position requires flexibility as you'll be cross-training in various warehouse departments and given more responsibilities based on work performance.

ICM Corporation is located south of Milwaukee and is only a 20-minute drive from UW-Milwaukee and a 12-minute drive from the American Family Field.

Job Duties

Packing Associate

• Wrap products based on specified size, determining the box size and packing material needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Read rulers for measurements

Freight Associate

• Pick freight orders by referencing order tickets
• Build skids for freight shipments
• Load, band, and wrap skids for shipment

Shipping Associate

• Weigh and measure products for shipping
• Use UPS, FedEx, and other mailing systems
• Stock products on pallets
• Wrap pallets for shipment
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Stocking Associate

• Use hand carts, pallet jacks, or lift up to 70 lbs to move stock
• Remove products from boxes and organize on shelves
• Break down boxes and packing materials
• Assist receiving department as needed

Skills & Qualifications

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, read measurements, and work in a team environment. Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals.
