This is a full-time, direct-hire position. We seek a team player who is diligent, hardworking, and positive.

Job Description

1. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, checking them physically.
2. Inspect products for defects and accuracy.
3. Pull, pack, and ship finished goods.
4. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle.
5. Inspect machinery for repairs and perform regular maintenance.
6. Unload materials from incoming vehicles and organize them appropriately.
7. Pull orders from shelves, secure onto pallets.
8. Communicate with managers regarding equipment maintenance needs.
9. Follow safety protocols diligently.
10. Maintain tools and equipment cleanliness and functionality.
11. Help ensure a safe and organized facility environment.
12. Occasionally assist on local job sites with structure building, tearing down, and loading trucks.
13. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Preferred forklift license; valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to construction sites across the US.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and industrial equipment.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.
• Experience with forklift operation and training preferred.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks (flatbeds/trailers) preferred.
• Small engine repair skills are a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.

Work Environment

• Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery.
• Outdoor work may be required.
• Wearing safety gear is sometimes necessary.
