Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Middleton, ID to stock, organize, and manage warehouse inventory while supporting daily shipping and receiving. You will prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery and assist with loading and unloading trucks.

The role requires 1 year in a distribution or warehouse setting, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and basic math skills. English proficiency is required, with Spanish may be beneficial in some locations.

Qualifications

Job description

Position PurposeThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.
• Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.

Working Conditions

• Work performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperatures
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
