Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with overtime availability.
• Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) a plus.
• Experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets.
• Distribute, organize, and receive packages and arrange shipments.
• Print documents such as picking orders to support department needs.
• Assist the Customer Service team with exceptions and help resolve customer issues.
• Use internal software to enter product and shipment-related information.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
