We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Miami! The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. Salary is regionally based at $15- $18 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments of goods.
- Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
- Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assisting with the assembly and packaging of products as required.
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Responsabilidades
- Recibir, descargar e inspeccionar los envíos entrantes de mercancía.

- Preparar pedidos para envío, incluyendo selección, empaque y embalaje según los procedimientos establecidos.
- Cargar y descargar camiones utilizando montacargas, transpaletas u otro equipo según sea necesario.
- Realizar conteos regulares de inventario y reconciliar discrepancias.
- Mantener la limpieza y organización del almacén para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro.
- Ayudar en el ensamblaje y empaquetado de productos según se requiera.
- Seguir todos los protocolos y directrices de seguridad para prevenir accidentes y lesiones.
