Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a part-time, on-site role located in Mentor, OH. This role is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming shipments, verifying and organizing inventory, and preparing orders for delivery. The Warehouse Associate will pack and label products, load and unload materials, and safely operate warehouse equipment as needed. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and orderly work area, following safety procedures, and supporting efficient workflow in coordination with team members. The role may also involve basic record-keeping related to shipments and inventory.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying deliveries, checking documentation, and organizing incoming and outgoing materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing, with attention to proper labeling, protection of products, and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Unloading and material handling, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, or be willing to train and obtain certification where required.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely, follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn and follow safety standards is essential.
